What is Action Curry?
We have set a challenge to the Indian restaurants of Brisbane: to create a curry so hot that even our most intrepid, foolhardy, testosterone fuelled judges will be unable to stomach the meal.
Sound stupid? It is.
Sound like a good night out? It is.
The term that has been given to this level of heat, spice and pain, beyond hot, beyond Indian hot, beyond really freaking hot? ACTION.

But there is much more to Action Curry than just the massive endorphin rush enjoyed by some of us.
The other side to Action Curry is the challenge we set to restaurants to come up with really great Indian food.
A Night in India in Toowong set the standard, and we have made it our mission to try to find the best Indian restaurant in Brisbane.
If, in the process, we get to sample a few great meals, a few drinks and some good company, who are we to argue?

Slack, you say?! We haven't done an update on the site for a while,
and we know a few of you are getting upset.
Deal with it.
Action still exists, we still review the occasional restaurant and of course we still love curries.
But quite frankly, in this busy world, we simply have not had the time to update the website.
But there is one thing we would like to mention.
We are NOT A RESTAURANT!
We really appreciate the mail we are getting, the resumes and offers, and we wish you all well with your various ventures.
But we are not actually a restaurant, and we cannot offer you a job.
Of course, if you'd like to demonstrate your skills, please feel free to pop over to our place and cook us a free meal anytime.
If you really want to give us feedback about the site, recommendations
for restaurants, suggestions for any part of the site, expert info,
whatever, send us an e-mail.
(But not if you are looking for a job.)
